Your Santa Fe Real Estate Experts

Tim Van Camp

A relocated East Coast native, Tim fell in love with the West decades ago and moved to Santa Fe in the 1970s and has been active in the local real estate community since 1988.

Tim’s integrity, work ethic, communication skills, and knowledge of and affection for northern New Mexico allow him to deliver unique value to his clients. He offers an exceptional level of service from start to finish, and his straightforward guidance and market insights are invaluable in every transaction. What clients value most, however, is his honesty. He consistently delivers the facts—not just what clients want to hear. His deep connections and longstanding relationships in the community make even the most complicated transactions possible.

Tim’s love, though, is reserved for his wife, Maureen; their two daughters; and skiing and sailing.

John Rigatti

John has deep and broad knowledge of the Santa Fe real estate market, having lived and worked here for more than 20 years. He specializes in the buying and selling of luxury properties in the greater Santa Fe area, including the historic East Side, Las Campanas, and Tesuque.

John's financial acumen is appreciated by his clientele; he earned an MBA in finance from New York University and enjoyed a 20-year career on Wall Street. John's buyer clients rely on his frank and honest assessments of potential properties as he helps them find the perfect home. For sellers, he provides exceptional service that makes an often-complicated transaction as seamless as possible.

John is passionate about his family, his community, and his health and fitness. He is a former board member of Desert Academy School and served as the vice president of his community HOA board. He is an avid baker (pizza, bagels, and pretzels are his specialties), gifting friends with his homemade creations. Few people know that John is the owner of a 15-year-old, 35-pound African spurred tortoise named Henry.

Steeped in history and Santa Fe style, the main Santa Fe office is known as the Padre Gallegos house. As a historically contributing structure, it was named for Padre Jose Manuel Gallegos, a colorful and controversial priest and politician, and was built around 1857. In addition to being a chapel and an art gallery, it also housed soldiers and government officials during the Civil War. The protected courtyard features sunny luncheons in summer produced by an award winning local restaurant. As the third largest fine art market in the US, Santa Fe is full of galleries and museums in historical compounds such as the main office.
